Sending faxes without subscription

WiseFax is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no regular monthly charges and no hidden fees. You will be charged only for successfully sent faxes. The price for sending each fax is calculated and presented to you before the fax is sent. So, you always know the total cost before you approve it. Sending a fax requires a purchase of fax tokens. The required number of fax tokens depends on recipient’s location and number of pages that have to be faxed. One fax token per page is required for sending a fax to most countries. The cost of a single fax token is $1.00. After successful delivery you will receive a fax confirmation to your e-mail address. No hidden charges, fast, easy and transparent.

You pay for sending faxes with WiseFax fax tokens. Check our special discounts for purchasing a larger number of tokens. Taxes are included in the price of fax tokens. The cost for most sent faxes per page is 1 token for domestic faxes and faxes to most EU countries.

Get your own fax number to receive faxes and send faxes

The subscription model allows you to have your own fax number in the USA or Canada for the fixed monthly fee of $8.00 (or weekly fee of $4.24). With a WiseFax fax number subscription you can receive up to 300 pages per month (or 50 pages per week) and get an additional 10 fax tokens per month (or 5 fax tokens per week) that can be used to send faxes. There are no start-up or cancellation fees.

You will get your fax number immediately after registering or signing-in to the WiseFax account website by selecting the “Get Fax Number” option and making a payment. Your new fax number will be activated immediately upon completion of the order and you will immediately be ready to receive a fax with the WiseFax fax number.

If you already have an active subscription for your fax number, you can find the option “Your Fax Number” on your WiseFax account Web site to monitor the status of your subscription. The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period. This means that you can keep your current fax number. You can cancel your subscription at any time if you no longer wish to receive faxes from your WiseFax fax number, without incurring any charges.
